This policy explains what personal data we collect through yachtsportugal.pt, why we use it and your rights under the GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) and Portuguese Law 58/2019.

Data collected

Through the contact form: name, email, phone (optional), subject, yacht of interest and your message. Our host logs minimal technical data (such as IP address) for security, for a limited period. We use no advertising cookies or analytics that identify visitors.

Purpose and legal basis

Replying to your request (pre-contractual steps at your request and consent, Art. 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR) and keeping the site secure (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f)). We do not send marketing communications.

Retention

Requests are kept for as long as needed to follow them up and at most 24 months after the last contact, unless you become a client, in which case statutory periods apply.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We use processors under Art. 28 GDPR contracts: Netlify, Inc. (hosting and form; transfer to the USA under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and/or standard contractual clauses) and our email provider. If your request concerns a new yacht, we may share strictly necessary data with Azimut–Benetti S.p.A. (Italy), informing you beforehand.

Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and withdrawal of consent at any time, via daniel@azimutyachts.pt. You may also complain to the Portuguese authority CNPD (www.cnpd.pt).
